Therapy & Nutrition
Where body and mind reconnect.
EXPERIENCED CLINICIANS
Qualified therapists, psychologists and dietitians. We bring strong clinical expertise, but we hold it lightly, always putting you and your story first.
INTEGRATIVE APPROACH
We believe in the individuality of every person. Each clinician draws on a range of therapeutic models, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process of change.
A SAFE SPACE
We hope to create a space where you can gradually open up and make sense of what may feel painful or shameful. Where new ways of relating and being can begin to unfold.
ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
We offer therapy and specialist dietetic support, separately or in combination. Our practice is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-inclusive, honouring different ways of experiencing the world.
Our team reflects a diversity of backgrounds, with sessions available in English and Greek. We meet people in our Belgravia clinic or online. Concessions are available on a case-by-case basis.
WHAT WE WORK WITH
We often support people with:
-
Anorexia | Bulimia Nervosa | Binge Eating Disorder | ARFID | Disordered Eating. This is our core clinical focus. We know how overwhelming these struggles can be. We are here to help you understand your experience, explore what lies beneath it and develop a more trusting relationship with food and your body.
-
How you relate to your body can shape how you feel about yourself and how you move through the world. We support you in exploring that relationship with care, and working towards a gentler, more grounded sense of self.
-
Trauma can leave deep emotional and physical marks. We use different therapeutic approaches to help you process your experiences and work through symptoms such as flashbacks, difficulty sleeping, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, dissociation, changes in mood, guilt and shame. Our work supports the gradual restoration of safety and trust.
-
Healthy, meaningful relationships are strongly linked to our overall wellbeing, yet difficulties within them can cause significant emotional pain. We support individuals and couples in exploring communication patterns, attachment styles, trust, intimacy and boundaries. By understanding old relational dynamics, you can begin to build more authentic and fulfilling connections.
-
Persistent worry, psychosomatic symptoms, tension or sudden waves of fear can make daily life feel overwhelming and hard to navigate. We offer support to help you understand anxiety, what drives it, how it lives in your body and how to regulate your nervous system.
-
Depression can create a spiral of low mood, guilt, loneliness and a sense of failure that makes everyday life feel overwhelming. We are here to help you understand what keeps you stuck, feel less alone and begin moving towards meaningful change.
-
Feeling overwhelmed or exhausted can leave you running on empty. We’re here to help you understand your needs, set healthy boundaries and regain a sense of balance.
-
We understand that the body carries its own stories, sometimes long before words are available and that the gut often holds what the mind can’t. Through specialist support, we help you understand your symptoms, rebuild trust with food and gently ease concerns such as bloating, digestive pain and IBS-related discomfort. Our approach is evidence-based and compassionate.
Reaching Out
Life is constantly changing and struggle is part of being human. Reaching out when you feel vulnerable takes courage and it might be the beginning of understanding yourself more deeply and living more authentically.
Your Story
Your story is unique and shaped by everything you have lived through. Memories and experiences influence how we manage difficult moments, the patterns we fall into and how we connect with ourselves and others.
Change Happens in Relation
We are shaped by our earliest relationships, how we learned to connect, to protect ourselves, to make sense of the world. These patterns may continue long after the original context has passed. Therapy offers a relationship where they can surface, be understood and gradually begin to shift.
